Summer Show Update

Please be advised of the following changes for next week’s summer show.

1. CHAPS HOYS Classes – Pam Brown will now be the ride judge and Karen McTiffin the conformation judge.
2. The CHAPS HOYS Classes (Ring 2) will commence at approx 8.30 after the completion of the CHAPS In Hand Classes in Ring 4
3. The rings have been changed around as follows:-

Ring 1 WHP – Now on the large outdoor surface

Ring 2 CHAPS HOYS / M & M – Large outdoor surface

Ring 3 – HOYS SP / SHP – Main Indoor school

Ring 4 In Hand & M & M – 2^nd Indoor school

Online entries close at midnight on Sunday 20^th May

In response to the Warrington show now being cancelled, the secretary has agreed to accept entries for none HOYS classes

at a reduced after closing date rate of £18

The committee are very pleased to report that the NPS Area 5 dressage team were 5^th out of 32 international teams at the NPS Dressage Championships on 14^th April.

 The team was made up of:- Lewene Ennett riding Pentrefelin Sorento, who won the final for the Section Ds and was placed in the supreme ride-off to music.

 

Claire Dawson riding Lasgrug Dawn, who was placed in both the Section D final and the Elementary test.

Stephanie Wheway riding Peasdown Mr Muddle who scored over 70% to come 6^th in the biggest final of the competition.

 

Linzy Dickinson riding Lychfields Scrumpy Jack, who achieved the team’s highest score at 72.4% and finished 5^th in her final. 

 

The team was also awarded Welsh Pony and Cob Society special awards for being the highest placed team composed entirely of Welsh breeds.
